MY TOP 10 REMIXES OF ALL TIME

So this was a really hard list to make! I have chosen 10 remixes that I think are great, but their have been so many that I am a bit worried I might have forgotten some really great ones. I also really want to hear what some of your favourite remixes are so make sure to leave a comment below. Okay so from I will count down from 10 to 1 and each song will have a video below it so you can have a listen.

Kelly Rowland, Work (Freemasons Remix)
This song has been a big hit recently and I love it, though it has been played so much on radio I think I will need a little break from it. Still great!

The Ting Tings, Great DJ (Calvin Harris remix)
This is one of my new favourite songs and Calvin’s remix is just awesome!

This is a great track but it was taken to new heights when some of the best remixers in the world had a go at it!

This is my favourite remix of the year so far, Grafton primary have taken a great rock/pop song and made the dance version just as good!

This is just an awesome song, my favourite remix of 2005.
Mylo
No.4
Mylo, Dr Pressure (Miami Sound Machine Remix)
This song was a massive hit around the world and it has an awesome video to go with it.
Neneh Cherry

Cirkus, Your Such An Asshole (Remix Ft. Neneh Cherry)
Oh My GOD!! This is number 3 but it could be no 1 it is so good. Neneh Cherry who was big in the mid nineties started a band called Cirkus in 2005 and last year released this fantastic song!! Now unfortunately I can't find the remix online, I have been searching for months and it's just not availible. So instead have a listen to the original version and listen out on radio for the remix.

ChrisC- I think I started of by saying 'So' because I was overwhelmed by the hundreds of Remixes that I had on my favourites list to choose from. I agree it sounds weird. Thanks for your input!

My favourite mixes though. Very difficult question. I've been buying music since I was 11 years old. I'm 39 now. I love a lot of the 80s original remixes like the dub versions of Human League's Don't You Want Me and Hard Times/Love Action. I love the original remix of Blue Monday on the flipside called The Beach. I love the full length 8-minute mix of Billie Idol's White Wedding. And I adore the Midnight Mix of Kajagoogoo's Too Shy.
... just to name a few.
As for modern dance mixes ... too many to mention. But the two that jump out right now were originally white label remixes: Skullduggery's house mix of U2's With or Without You and Joey Negro's remix of Northern Light's Celebrate (which is a mashup of Chris Isaac's Wicked Game and Fatboy Slim's Praise You).
