MACROMANTICS
June 18th 2008 21:56
I am just going to say straight of the bat that I think Romy Hoffman is one of the coolest people in the world! By far, my favourite Hip-Hop artist. Macromantics is the stage name used by the Melbourne-based Hip-Hop artist Romy Hoffman, if the name sounds familiar, she used to play guitar for Ben Lee. She released her first full-length album in 2006 called Moments In Movement and in that year it was nominated for a J Award. I do enjoy Hip-Hop but I wouldn’t say I am a devote fan, so believe me when I say she is fantastic. For anyone who doesn’t like hip hop this might be the one artist you might dig. Have a look below at her songs Apple Crumble and Physical and please follow this link to one of the best covers ever done. She acoustically covers Kris Kross’s Jump from 1992. Fan of Mystromusic.com?
