Annie
Annie is a Norwegian Electro pop singer and DJ whose taste in music she makes, is interesting. I suppose the music she makes is what you would expect from a North European pop singer but she has somehow defined herself a market in the music savvy UK scene. Just to go off track here a little bit…. The thing I like about the UK Music Scene is that it is such a diverse market, alternative bands or heavy electronic acts are just as accepted in mainstream music as pop music. As far as I am concerned it puts the Aussie market to shame a little bit,but the buying public in Australia is changing. Anyway back to Annie she has released 2 albums with the third set to be released in September called Don’t Stop .I personally don’t think she is anything special but Annie is always changing the style of music she makes, so she is worth keeping an eye out for.
