Who is he? I don’t know. But I know that ‘He’s A Rocker’ is the first single from Aussie rockers, The Vines upcoming fourth album Melodia. The vines have been around since the late 90’s and since then have acquired a cult following around the world. Their new album is due out 12th of July and it’s sure to be another massive record.
